  1. Can I buy a Brazil Air Pass if I am in Brazil?
    No, Air pass must be purchased outside of Brazil in conjunction with an international ticket to Brazil.
     
  2. Can two people share the same Air Pass?
    No, only one person may use an Air Pass.
     
  3. I am not in the United States. Can I buy the air pass from fredson.com?
    Yes, as long as you can provide a copy of international ticket to Brazil and pay for international shipping.
     
  4. I work for an airline and I am flying to Brazil on a standby basis. Can I purchase the Brazil Air Pass?
    No, you must have a positive space airline ticket to purchase the Air pass.
     
  5. Can I use more than one airline for the Air pass flights within Brazil?
    No, you have to choose one airline for all flights.
     
  6. Can I get a partial refund If I do not use all flight coupons?
    No. The air pass is refundable only if totally unused. No partial refunds. A penalty fee applies to process a refund
     
  7. Can I travel to Argentina or other South American countries using the Brazil Air Pass?
    No. The air pass is valid only for travel within Brazil.
     
  8. Is there a discount for children?
    No discounts are provided for children using the Brazil Air Pass.
     
  9. After I purchase the air pass, can I change the flights?
    Once ticketed, there will be a penalty fee for changes.
     
  10. Can I purchase an "open ticket" and book my flights in Brazil?
    No. All flights must be booked and confirmed before you purchase the pass.
